Use the resources at your own pace. No account, participation quota, or proof of a diagnosis is needed to read the free pages.
Make room for different experiences
People experience demands differently. Ask before offering advice and respect a person’s wish not to share. Do not pressure anyone to disclose a diagnosis.
Experience is not a prescription
A personal account does not establish what will help everyone. Use reliable sources for general medical claims. These educational resources do not diagnose, prescribe treatment, or replace clinical care.
Keep personal information private
Do not share clinical records, someone else’s private messages, or details that identify children or other people. Avoid names, schools, locations, exact ages, and distinctive family details. Someone can be recognizable even without a name.
Keep completed worksheets and organizer notes private. Share only the parts needed with the intended recipients. We do not automatically reuse messages, personal stories, or clinical records as articles, newsletters, or promotional material; specific permission is needed.
Questions, corrections and privacy concerns
Use the private contact form with only the page link and general information needed to locate an issue. Do not repeat sensitive details. There is no guaranteed response time.
If you need urgent help
Do not wait for a website reply. Contact your local emergency or crisis service, or a trusted person who can help you reach immediate support.
